Chia seed pudding can make a great breakfast or personally I like it as a my late afternoon snack on long days. I especially love that it takes me about 60 seconds to make. Chia seed pudding is low in carbs, paleo, keto and gluten free.
Chia Seeds (brain food, fiber, iron)
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (basically like a multi vitamin)
Coconut/Almond or another Nut Milk (protein and good fat aka FUEL)
Blueberries (fiber bombs and fertility food)
Cinnamon (anti inflammatory, helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol)
Splash of Raw Honey (anti bacterial, anti fungal)
Raw nuts (protein and good fat)
Ground Flax seeds (make ya poop and great for those with low estrogen)
This is a recipe of two's.
Two tablespoons of all the main ingredients.
Add on's to your liking.
Once all your ingredients are in your jar top it with nut or coconut milk and stir with a fork. The fork is needed or the chia seeds will cling to the bottom of the jar and not mix in well. Put a lid on and shake it like a polaroid picture. Put it in the fridge overnight....and viola its ready! How easy is that!
