What is a Kitchen Cleanse?

The Masterson Plan Kitchen Cleanse is a real game changing event in which I come to your home. Now don’t get too excited cuz I am not “cleaning” or re-organizing anything in your kitchen. I am overseeing as you clean out your cupboards and fridge of all foods that are not your friends and educate you as to why. After we have laid those old enemies to rest we sit down and make a grocery list of the new staples to replace the old. We can also go through your take out menus or Seamless and decide what serves you and what does not. Kitchen Cleanse generally takes 1-2 hours, not to exceed 2. The Kitchen Cleanse includes a free 25 minute phone health consultation prior to our in house sesh.

What is Grocery Store Tour?

I meet you at your favorite grocery store to walk the aisles with you discussing what food items shall never grace your cart again and instead invite new ones in. This is a short and sweet way to get a fun education while crossing off ‘get groceries’ from your to-do list. Grocery store tours generally take under an hour. The grocery store tour includes a free 25 minute health consultation phone session prior to the shop.

What is a Closet Cleanse?

Most of us have closets and drawers stuffed ( w a y  t o o ) full. Often, half of those are clothes that no longer fit our bodies or lifestyles, are out-of-date trends, or shapes that are drawing the eyes to a part of the body we don't want eyes drawn to; not to mention broken accessories that we plan on fixing...on the Fifth of Never.

That’s where I come in. I arrive at your home and spend 3.5 hours with you, whipping through your main closet and drawers. We’ll have some laughs as you allow me to guide you with the bossiness and compassion of an all-knowing big sister. We will identify what items are no longer serving you, what items you should never be seen in again, what items are frenemies. Then, we put them into bags for giveaway or donation. I also help you see your winning pieces in a whole new light and pair together a few key looks for work and play from your newly cleansed closet. Closet Cleanse is for purging and redefining. A few days following your cleanse, you receive an email with a list of new pieces you need for your wardrobe and where to find them at fantastic prices. The final email arrives 30 days after your cleanse to double check/remind you that the giveaway pile or donation bags must now be out of your home.

I find with many clients, the stained and ill fitting, ex boyfriend’s, college tee is identified as 'oh I wear that to the gym'. However, I say, hey you could meet the love of your life or your next big client at the gym and this tee does not reflect the image you wish to project for either of those perspective possibilities. Instead how bout you scrub the toilet with this old tee! I also frequently find people are not able to let go of something because it is a designer label or a gift but guess what; that label or the intention of the gift does not automatically make it look good on you! And that is what Closet Cleanse is all about: to have a closet and drawers full of flattering friends.
