Coach G has created a comprehensive 21 day hard reset, online group program. This mind and body program allows you to detox physically from the drug like foods while learning more about what triggers you as an individual into using the drug like foods and what you can enjoy instead. This program can be done from anywhere in the world as it is all online.

By no sugar we mean, added sugar. Examples of no sugar would be any of the 60+ street names for sugar in an ingredients list or adding sugar (even the good stuff like raw honey) to a recipe or your morning coffee. We do not mean the sugar that occurs naturally in whole, fresh fruit or starchy root veggies.

By no flour we mean any flour made from a grain, corn or bean. Your corn tortillas, black bean pasta and rice crackers will have to wait until the challenge is over.

No Booze-no one ever try’s to negotiate their champagne so I think we are clear on this one.

For less than you spend at the bakery or the wine shop you get a total of 26 days of Coaching: 5 pregame emails, 21 daily Coaching emails and a 1 post game guidance email. For $5.75 a day you gift yourself 26 days of learning and growing and hopefully breaking some old habits and patterns that keep you from achieving your health related goals. The program is 149.00

Coach G has refined the 30 day challenge into a 21 day challenge to reduce the fear and apprehension people have around challenges in general.

Pregame email on ways to support your body during the detox as well as how to maximize it.

-A daily emailed question that starts a convo between you and your health coach privately. These questions are designed to help you figure out the real deal with your emotional attachment to your drug like food of choice and how to begin breaking the pattern. This is what makes my group program so different from other online programs…you are actually working with me one one in your daily emails getting a live response rather than a pre-recorded one. I do not encourage people to sign up for my challenges if they do not intend to answer the daily coaching Q’s. Those peeps may do better finding a group or program that is exclusively about food.

-A private Facebook group page to share ideas, recipes, post questions etc. If you are not on FB it is encouraged that you make a profile to use for this group program as the camaraderie and community support from the other members is mind blowing.

-Post Game email with suggestions on the grey area...what is a healthy and realistic approach to your life that lies somewhere in between what you did in the group program vs where you were at before the group program.

-What don’t you get? Food plans or anything you can find on google on your own. You don’t need to pay me to tell you how to prepare asparagus, google can give you that for free. You pay me to guide you to identify your blocks and how you are using the drug like foods and how to begin to break free from those patterns. You are encouraged to eat 3 meals a day (2 if you intermittent fast) but those meals are up to you, your likes, time, allergies etc. Your #healthyswaps email will provide specific packaged foods as well as some delish recipes. Your community page on FB will be a place your fellow challengers may post recipes.

10 Day RESET

The 10 Day RESET program will help you reclaim balance, health, your waistline as well as your focus. The 10 day RESET will be a lot like my 21 day challenges of NO SUGAR, NO FLOUR, NO BOOZE, but on crack! A little less pre game, a little less time in the challenge and a little less money but a great way to do a quick clean up and challenge yourself! This program can be done from anywhere in the world as it is all online.

I will be hosting the 10 Day RESET a few times a year, follow along on insta for daily tips and announcements. You can also inquire about doing the 10 day RESET with your own group anytime of year with your bridal party/gym friends/coworkers/fam bam challenge. Minimum number of people is 16. The Grey Area Program. What does life look like after you complete one of my Group Program Challenges? Most peeps feels so incredible that they don’t wanna go back to their old ways but do want to incorporate a treat day(s) and find harm reduction versions of sweets, pastas and adult beverages for those treat days. The grey area is where life happens- a much healthier version of where you were before your challenge and just a little bit looser than where you were in your challenge.

How does it work? For an additional 21 days following your 10 or 21 day Masterson Plan group program challenge I Coach you 1 on 1 to further lock in the changes you made while finding balance in the grey area. Maybe you bring in honey or organic wine or both-we work that out together to establish your Grey Area Plan. Then I keep you accountable for locking in your new habits over the course of 21 days of 1 on 1 work while we continue your education. We also find out what foods may not be serving your goals or health by using a food-mood-bowel journal for all 21 days of our work together. We do one 90 minute phone session together during the 21 days. This session is an indepth dive to your highly individualized roadblocks, excuses and your inner saboteur. We work on finding the easiest ways for you to lock in your habits as well as celebrating your success. We use a daily thought provoking question that will arrive in your inbox every morning to further your growth and highlight to us both what needs extra Coaching. These Q’s are a form of daily 1 on 1 coaching between you and I. In short, we keep you accountable for doing/eating/thinking/drinking/moving in the way you said you were gonna do so you can find balance and optimal health in your Grey Area.
